Preliminary Review Service

We will discuss your situation to assess whether a full valuation is required or just a summary report. We can advise you if a business is likely to have value, without you needing a full service. If you do choose to continue to the full service, the £500 is deducted from the price, so this is a 'try before you buy' option.

Audited Business Valuation

This is for businesses from £100k to £2m turnover. It includes a c.20 page report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to three amendments, with four quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to one UK address.

Audited Business Valuation

This is for businesses from £2m to £5m turnover. It includes a c.22 page report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to three amendments, with four quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to up to four UK addresses.

Audited Business Valuation

This is for businesses with turnover between £5m and £10m. It includes a c.25 page report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to three amendments, with four quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to up to four UK addresses.

Annual Review and Update*

*(Turnover up to £2m). Once you have had a valuation report completed, subsequent reviews within the next 14 months are at this reduced rate. Includes a detailed valuation report.
